Hathi Trust has some full text British South Africa Company documents online.
One example is
Directors' report and accounts.
1890/1891
https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/008608821?"The vastness of the enterprise on which the Company is embarked will be appreciated when it is stated that the Company administers under the British Flag 500,000 square miles, an area exceeding that of France and Germany combined, capable, with development, of supporting thousands of Europeans. The Company has secured the right to all the minerals over nearly the whole of this area, and in the most valuable part it has obtained surface rights. With these possessions it will be recognised that the possibilities of future wealth are great, and that the large expenditure incurred in securing and maintaining the rights acquired has been fully justified."
