Medieval Studies: Connecting from off-campus

This guide provides a starting point for researching medieval studies--broadly defined as the academic interdisciplinary study of the period 500-1500 in the countries of Western and Central Europe.

How to connect to online resources from off-campus.

  • To access online materials through the SearchWorks catalog, you will need to log in to SearchWorks first. The login is at the top right corner of any SearchWorks page.

  • To access online materials through other site, install the Lean Library extension on your browser.
  • To use Google Scholar, input Stanford Libraries as one of your library links in the Google Scholar settings menu.
  • Detailed instructions can be found on the Connecting to e-resources page.
