Hotline provides counseling and information for members tenants' rights. Information on resources to cover rent are included; as the hotline volunteers are not able to assist with these questions. There are a number of other resources available from the organization on forming tenant unions, support during COVID-19.

Project Sentinel is a non-profit agency providing services to help people resolve housing problems, specifically on housing discrimination and dispute resolution. They are also available for housing and rent issues related to COVID-19.

In addition to the hotline, there is a calendar of upcoming Tenants Know Your Rights workshops taking place throughout the county.
